Not another Zombi 3! Yes! This film was one of several released under the name Zombi 3. Director Andrea Bianchi had previously gained fame with his title Strip Nude for Your Killer, and the producer, Gabriele Crianti, was well known for the set designs on titles such as The Devil's Man (1967) and Satan's Baby Doll (1982).
The main cast includes Karin Well, Gianluigi Chirizzi, Simone Mattioli, Antonella Antinori, Roberto Caporali, Claudio Zucchet, Peter Bark, Anna Valente, Raimondo Barbieri, and Mariangela Girodano.
The entire film was shot within four weeks, about 12 miles from Rome.
The shining beacon of this film is the child, Michael, and the actor who was cast to play him. Michael is intended to be a young boy but is clearly played by 20-something-Peter Bark. There are several instances throughout the film where Michael calls out to his mother in a boyish tone, and it is meant to be innocent but comes off as rather cringey.
